How do I delete my account and data?

You can close your account from Account Settings, where you can also export your data first. Any remaining credits must be resolved before closure — an account holding a credit balance, or with an order in progress, cannot be closed.

Closure removes or anonymises the data that identifies you. Limited legal, fraud-prevention and compliance records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
