What is Aubrium?

Aubrium is a social media intelligence platform for creators, brands, agencies and marketers. It brings together tools for discovering content ideas, creating content, understanding account performance and running creator-backed campaigns.

How does pricing work?

Aubrium works on a credit model. You add credits to your wallet and consume those credits towards platform products and services. We do not have subscriptions, auto-billing or auto-top-ups. All purchases of the credits are customer initiated and have to be completed manually.

What happens when I add funds?

Credits are added to your Aubrium balance and can be used across paid tools on the platform. Your balance, charges and transaction history remain visible from your account. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn, and may be refundable based on our refund policy.

Do I need to connect my social media account?

No. Aubrium does not require access or connect to your social media accounts. Where a tool needs information about a social profile or post, Aubrium works with publicly available information or details you provide.

Where should I start?

Start with the tool that matches what you want to do. Explore content in Content Intelligence, create a carousel in Creative Engine, review your profile with Vitals, or use the other tools as you need them. There is no required sequence.

How do I log in?

As you onboard with Aubrium, your account is created in a password-less state. To log in, you simply opt for Magic Login Link. An email is sent to your address, and you tap the link to securely login. The magic link is valid for a short window. To set a password, simply opt to reset the password at login and follow the steps to register a password. Alternatively, you may set a password once logged in, from your account settings page.

How do I set or reset a password?

Setting a password is optional. To reset one, click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and you'll get an email to set a new one.

Can I manage multiple profiles or run this for clients?

Yes. You can link and manage multiple social media profiles from one dashboard. Aubrium is built for social media managers and agencies running work for several clients at once.

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

You can close your account from Account Settings, where you can also export your data first. Any remaining credits must be resolved before closure — an account holding a credit balance, or with an order in progress, cannot be closed. Closure removes or anonymises the data that identifies you. Limited legal, fraud-prevention and compliance records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

How does the balance work, and what's the minimum top-up?

Your credit balance is prepaid and spend-only: you add funds once and draw them down as you use paid tools — there's no subscription and nothing auto-charges. It's held in USD, and the minimum top-up is $10.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — and digital wallets Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-click checkout. Card data is securely captured through Evervault, a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider, and Aubrium does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We don't accept cryptocurrency or other non-traceable methods.

Where do I find invoices and receipts?

A receipt is emailed to you automatically right after every credit top-up, and you can find downloadable invoices and receipts for every transaction any time in the Billing section of your dashboard.

What's your refund policy?

If you ask us for a refund of money you've paid, we send it back to your original payment method on the first request — we don't ask for a reason, and we don't withhold it because a campaign has already started or finished. Two things happen automatically when you do: your account is closed to further spending (adding funds and placing new orders are both disabled, permanently, unless we agree otherwise in writing), and any remaining unused Balance can be requested separately under clause 3 of our Refund Policy. That is a different thing from this one: asking for unused Balance back on its own leaves your account unaffected. Only a refund under clause 2 — money back after a service has been delivered — disables future funding and orders. Separately, if a campaign can't be delivered for a technical reason, it's fully refunded with no effect on your account.

Content Intelligence is a searchable collection of public social media content. It helps you find posts performing unusually well relative to the accounts that published them, so you can explore what is working in your niche.

A post is evaluated relative to the typical performance of the account that published it. This helps surface standout posts from accounts of different sizes, rather than simply ranking content by total views.

You can browse the library by niche and use the available filters to narrow the results. You can also save posts you want to revisit later.

Browsing, searching, filtering and saving content in Content Intelligence is free. Optional AI analysis is available on a pay-as-you-go basis, with the current price shown before you use it.

Creative Engine turns a prompt or idea into a complete carousel, including the copy, structure and visual design. You can review the result and make changes before exporting it.

You can set your brand preferences, including visual and content choices used when generating your carousels. Creative Engine uses these preferences to keep new designs consistent with your setup.

Can I edit a carousel after it is generated?

Yes. You can revise and rewrite your carousel before exporting it. Revisions and rewrites do not carry an additional charge.

Does Aubrium publish the carousel to my social media account?

No. Creative Engine creates the content for you to review and export. You remain in control of what you publish and when.

What is Creator Network?

Creator Network is Aubrium’s campaign tool for distributing published social media content through our vetted creator pool. You choose the eligible content, campaign configuration and budget before submitting a campaign.

Campaigns are priced according to the network, configuration and budget you select. The total cost is displayed for review before you submit the campaign, and there are no recurring charges.

No. Social media performance varies by content, audience and other factors outside Aubrium’s control. Campaigns provide creator-backed distribution; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

For best results, the campaign should focus on content that is appealing and well structured. You may use personal and business content for campaigns. Certain content niches may not meet our content guidelines and policy. In such cases, the campaign may get rejected and refunded.
