What is tracking a rival?

A rival is any Instagram account you want to learn from — a competitor, a creator you admire, or someone a little ahead of you.

Go to My Rivals, type their @username and tap Track. We pull their recent posts and rank them against their own normal, so you can see straight away which posts really worked for them. After that we check their reels every 90 minutes and add anything new.

Tracking a rival uses Spark Credits for 30 days at a time — current prices are on our pricing page. We remind you three days before the end; then it pauses by itself, and you can resume it for another 30 days. They're never notified, and nobody else can see who you track.
