Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website published at aubrium.com and operated by Aubrium Technologies L.L.C ("Aubrium"). It is made in respect of the standards set out in clause 2 and, so far as it concerns users resident in the European Union, in respect of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. It forms part of the Terms of Use and is incorporated into them by reference. Capitalised terms which are not defined in this Statement have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

1. Scope and definitions

1.1 This Statement applies to the public pages of the Website. It does not apply to the authenticated application, to any administrative interface, or to material published by a third party and made available through the Website.

1.2 In this Statement: "WCAG" means the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium; "Level AA" means conformance with all Level A and Level AA success criteria of the applicable version of WCAG; "Assistive Technology" means software or hardware employed by a User to access digital content, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software and alternative input devices; and "Non-Conforming Content" means content identified in clause 5.

1.3 A reference to a clause is a reference to a clause of this Statement. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Accessibility standard

2.1 Aubrium applies WCAG version 2.2 at Level AA as the technical standard for the Website.

2.2 Version 2.2 is applied in preference to earlier versions because it incorporates the Level AA success criteria of version 2.1, which is the version referenced by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and treated as the applicable benchmark in proceedings brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2.3 Aubrium does not hold, and does not claim to hold, certification, accreditation or an audit opinion issued by any third party in respect of the Website.

3. Conformance status

3.1 The Website is partially conformant with WCAG version 2.2 at Level AA. Partially conformant means that the majority of the standard is met but that certain content does not conform, as set out in clause 5.

3.2 The assessment recorded in clause 4 relates to the Website as published at the date stated in clause 10. It does not constitute a warranty that the Website is free from defect, nor a representation as to any page, feature or release published after that date.

4. Assessment

4.1 Conformance has been assessed by self-evaluation. No third-party audit has been commissioned.

4.2 The assessment comprised:

• automated evaluation of the public pages against the Level A and Level AA success criteria of WCAG versions 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, in each of the light and dark presentations and at mobile, tablet and desktop viewport widths;
• manual examination of the keyboard focus order of each public page, including verification that a bypass mechanism is provided as the first focusable element, that focus is not trapped, that a visible focus indicator is presented at every focusable element, and that no focused element is wholly obscured by fixed content;
• manual verification that content which scrolls may be scrolled by keyboard, and that content which does not scroll does not receive a redundant tab stop;
• measurement of contrast ratios computed from rendered values in each of the light and dark presentations; and
• verification that the mechanism described in clause 6.2 suppresses automatically-moving content and is applied before the page is rendered.

4.3 The evaluation described in clause 4.2 is maintained as an automated procedure within the development process for the Website.

4.4 An automated evaluation detects a limited proportion of the barriers a User may encounter. Clause 5.2 records the consequence of that limitation.

5. Non-Conforming Content

5.1 The following content does not conform to the standard stated in clause 2, and the corresponding success criterion is identified in each case:

• Contrast of text presented on brand-coloured surfaces (success criterion 1.4.3). Text presented upon the coloured surfaces used for testimonial cards, tool identifiers and certain coloured labels does not attain the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1. The affected surfaces and their measured ratios are recorded internally. Remediation requires a determination as to the colour palette which has not been made at the date of this Statement.
• Descriptive text for images within published articles (success criterion 1.1.1). Articles published through the content management system may contain images for which the descriptive text is incomplete or absent. The templates within which those articles are presented have been assessed.
• Embedded video (success criteria 1.2.1 and 2.2.2). Video embedded from a third-party provider is presented within controls supplied by that provider and outside the control of Aubrium. Video presented as a background element is decorative, is presented without sound, and is suppressed by the mechanism described in clause 6.2.

5.2 No evaluation has been undertaken using Assistive Technology, and no evaluation has been undertaken with the participation of persons with disabilities. Content not detected by the procedure described in clause 4.2 may therefore not conform.

5.3 The absence of an item from clause 5.1 is not a representation that the item conforms.

6. Measures adopted

6.1 Each public page presents a bypass mechanism as its first focusable element and identifies its principal content by a landmark, so that a User may proceed to that content without traversing the navigation.

6.2 A control is presented in the footer of each public page by which a User may suppress automatically-moving content. That control is additional to, and does not displace, the reduced-motion preference expressed through the User's operating system; either mechanism suppresses scrolling panels, looping video, moving imagery and transitional effects. A User's election is retained upon the device by which it was made and is applied before the page is rendered.

6.3 Content which submits information to Aubrium confirms the result of that submission by a mechanism which is conveyed to Assistive Technology and moves the keyboard focus to that confirmation.

6.4 A single visible focus indicator is applied to every interactive element within the public pages.

6.5 Accessibility requirements are incorporated into the development process for the Website by an automated evaluation which is executed before a change is published.

7. Technical specifications

7.1 Accessibility of the Website relies upon HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA and SVG.

7.2 The Website is intended to operate with the current and immediately preceding major versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge, in each case in combination with the Assistive Technology commonly available for the operating system upon which the browser is executed.

7.3 Where JavaScript is disabled, the bypass mechanism described in clause 6.1 remains operative. Other features may not be available.

8. Feedback

8.1 A User who encounters a barrier upon the Website, or who requires material published upon it in an alternative format, may notify Aubrium at hello@aubrium.com. The notification should identify the page concerned and describe the difficulty encountered.

8.2 Aubrium shall acknowledge a notification made under clause 8.1 within five (5) working days.

8.3 Aubrium shall provide material published upon the Website in an alternative format upon reasonable request made under clause 8.1, save where provision of that format would impose a disproportionate burden.

9. Enforcement

9.1 A User who is not satisfied with the response of Aubrium to a notification made under clause 8.1 may refer the matter to the authority designated for the enforcement of accessibility requirements in the jurisdiction in which that User is resident. Each Member State of the European Union designates its own such authority.

9.2 Nothing in this Statement limits a right conferred upon a User by a mandatory provision of the law of the jurisdiction in which that User is resident.

10. Preparation and review

10.1 This Statement was prepared on 26 August 2026 and reflects the assessment carried out upon that date by the method described in clause 4.

10.2 Aubrium shall review this Statement upon any material change to the Website, and in any event not less than once in each calendar year.

10.3 Aubrium shall amend this Statement where an assessment establishes that a statement made in it has ceased to be accurate.

11. Amendment

11.1 Aubrium may amend this Statement from time to time. The version published upon the Website is the version in force.
