What should I search for?

The words your ideal viewer would actually type into Instagram search.

• Be specific. "Protein breakfast ideas" finds better reels than "food".
• Use your viewer's words, not industry words. "How to sleep better" beats "sleep hygiene".
• Name the subject, not the goal. "Instagram growth tips" finds more than "how to go viral" — we do this for you, but it helps.
• Places work too. "Greece", "Lisbon food", "top restaurants in dubai".
