Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email us and we'll send the money back to the card you paid with.

• Your first subscription — ask within 15 days and we'll refund it in full, even if you've used it.
• A renewal — ask within 7 days and we'll refund it in full, as long as you haven't used any of that month's Spark Credits.

After that, payments can't be refunded. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
