What is tracking keywords?

Keywords let you follow a topic instead of a person.

Go to My Topics and describe what you want to follow — for example, "meal prep for busy parents". We suggest keywords for it. Keep the ones that fit, remove the rest, and tap Track.

We search Instagram for those keywords and show you the reels that are taking off. Then we search again every morning, so new ideas keep arriving without you lifting a finger.

Each keyword uses Spark Credits, once. You see the total before you confirm, and current prices are on our pricing page.
