How to go viral in the stress and burnout niche on Instagram
What 600+ viral stress and burnout reels have in common: what they show, how they start, what they sound like, and who posts them. Real numbers from Aubrium's library.

"After watching this you will never look at stress the same" sits over a story built on the "glass of water" analogy: a glass that weighs the same, but feels heavier the longer you hold it. That story reached 20 million views, on an account of 56,760 followers.
Stress and burnout reels range from nervous-system checklists to burnt-out high achievers and the stages of burnout. 600+ of them sit in Aubrium's library as viral, posted by accounts whose median size is 13,990 followers. 170+ went beyond a million views. Below is what they share. What makes a reel go viral, across all niches is the wider guide; every niche we looked at is the index.
