What kind of corporate life reels go viral?
Talking heads lead, at 22%, with stories right behind at 21% and skits at 17%.
The talking heads travelled least of the three: 12 times their creator's followers for the middle one. Stories reached 38 and skits 66. A skit about a manager does what a talk about managers can't. It lets people see their own office.
Do you need to show your face?
No, though most do: 85% show a face. But the 15% that don't travelled further, 41 times their creator's followers for the middle one, against 22 with a face. 9% show no one at all.
Should corporate life reels have text on screen?
Almost always. 99% put text on screen, and 41% put a lot of it. Those travelled 24 times followers, about as far as the 58% with a line or two, at 23. The 26 reels with no text reached 30, but that's too few to count on.
Trending song or your own sound?
Their own sound, more often: 53%, against 41% that use a song. That's still more songs than the library's 37%. Songs travelled further than their own sound, 27 times against 21, and the 5% that borrowed another creator's sound went furthest, at 31.
What hooks work for corporate life reels?
Relatable lines open 18% of these reels, level with bold claims, and went furthest at 55 times followers. Only 3% have no hook. The middle hook is 12 words, and every length travelled about as far. Six real ones, from the office and the interview room:

Polished, or filmed on your phone?
Filmed on a phone, mostly. 64% look plain and unpolished, and they travelled further, 26 times followers against 19 for polished ones. Most move at a medium pace. The fast 12% reached 27, against 22, and the 11% that move slowly went further still, at 39.
Can a small corporate life account go viral?
Yes, and office humour from tiny accounts travelled furthest. Below 2,000 followers, the middle reel reached 122 times its creator's audience; at 50,000 to 100,000 followers, 8. Nearly half the niche's viral reels, 47%, are from accounts below 10,000 followers.
