How to go viral in the esthetician niche on Instagram
What 500+ viral esthetician reels have in common: what they show, how they start, what they sound like, and who posts them. Real numbers from Aubrium's library.

A client books a wax, then mentions they're off to a pool party right after. That's the whole setup of a skit from an esthetician with 3,535 followers, and it pulled 8.6 million views. The caption turns the joke into a reminder: freshly waxed skin is more sensitive for the first day or two.
Skits like that make up 14% of the 500+ viral esthetician reels in Aubrium's library. 69 cleared a million views. Rank the reels by their account's size and the middle one belongs to an account of 7,242. Here's what the reels have in common, from the format through to who posts them. The cross-niche view is in our guide to what kind of reels go viral, and the index of every niche has the others.
Viral esthetician reels lean on people: 84% show a face, and tutorials lead at 32%. Skits and stories, fewer in number, reached further, at 39 and 37 times followers for their middle reels. 89% carry text on screen, 42% run a song, and 58% were posted by accounts below 10,000 followers.

Trending song or your own sound?
